

What We Do
Serving our community at The Master's Table Soup Kitchen is a fun and rewarding way to spend the morning.
The Master's Table is located at 702 Fenwick Street in downtown Augusta, GA
The Master's Table offers two shifts a day for volunteers: meal preparation & dining service.
Schedule:
- 7 days a week
- 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. (meal prep), 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (dining service)
Volunteer Requirements:
- Volunteers ages 13 and up for dining service and 18+ for meal prep. Anyone under 18 must be signed up by a guardian.
- All volunteers are required to wear CLOSED TOED shoes-please no sandals or flip flops, no athletic wear, no sleeveless or cropped tops. Baseball caps are allowed.
Gate Entrance & Parking:
- Enter the secured parking for volunteers/staff through the security gate. Please allow a few moments for the gate to open. If the gated parking lot is full, please find street-side parking.
- Enter through the door labeled “Volunteer Entrance.”
Volunteer Room:
- After entering, check-in on the tablet on the wall* to the left of the door. *If you are volunteering as part of a group, please check in on the sign in sheet located in the Volunteer Room and sign a waiver.
- Then, go to the volunteer room which is located to the left in the back and fill out a name tag.
- A staff member will greet you and play a brief orientation video then begin the shift with introductions and instructions.
- Gloves and hairnets are required and can be found in the kitchen. Volunteers may wear a baseball cap instead of a hairnet.
